Data collected
There is no registration, membership or user account on this site; you do not need to provide any information to browse the pages. Personal data is collected in two places only. Email: when you write, the name, email address and message content you send are used solely to answer your question; you are not added to a mailing list and you will not receive campaign, promotional or marketing email. Client forms: the intake form and the weekly check-in form used during online coaching collect the information needed to build your program, including health information. These forms are not linked from anywhere on the site; the link is sent to you only after purchase. Form data is converted into an email on the server hosting this site and delivered to a mailbox on that same server; no database, file or record is kept on the server. Payment data
Payments are completed not on this site but on the payment provider's infrastructure: Shopier for Turkish customers, Gumroad for English-speaking customers. Your card details never reach this site — they are not collected, processed, stored or visible here. The details you enter at the payment step are the responsibility of that provider and are not returned to this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visit statistics. Google Consent Mode is enabled: the measurement tag loads with the page, but until you accept in the cookie banner it stores nothing on your device — no analytics cookie, no identifier — and only cookieless signals reach Google. If you accept, Google LLC acts as our processor and sets _ga cookies; these help us understand how often pages are viewed and how long a visit lasts, and they do not read your email or anything else on your device. Your choice is kept in the browser's own storage rather than in a cookie — if you decline, no cookie is left behind either. You can change your choice at any time through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of the page.
Third-party links
This site may link to other sites, such as the payment provider and external sources. The privacy practices and content of linked sites fall outside this policy and we are not responsible for them. No advertising is served on this site and no ad network is used.
Exceptional disclosure
Your personal data is not disclosed to any third party except in the following limited cases: to comply with obligations imposed by applicable law; where information is requested by a competent administrative or judicial authority in a duly conducted investigation or proceeding; and where disclosure is necessary to protect the rights or safety of users.
Email security
Email is not a secure channel and its contents can be seen by third parties. For that reason, never send card numbers, passwords or similar security details by email — they will never be requested for any reason. The security of information transmitted by email cannot be guaranteed.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights regarding your personal data — learning whether it is processed, requesting correction, erasure or destruction, knowing the third parties it has been transferred to, and objecting to processing — under Article 11 of the Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK).
